Love that they expanded their area and have a kids corner. With only one other family in the restaurant we thought service would be quick but our small order was projected to be 30 minutes+ wait time and the staff seemed confused at various times whose order was whose and aside from getting our food we were never checked on. Food was good but with the wait time being so long and high cost ($17 for a large meat and $3 for a fountain drink) I don't foresee us venturing back. Good luck to you Pizza Depot but please consider having more deals on your food and improve the quality of your customer service.

The pizza and wraps are good, but they need help with managing their time, I usually order home delivery. Rarely do I choose pickup due to it taking much longer. I wouldn’t recommend picking up over delivery. Unless your buying by the slice I wouldn’t recommend eating there either as the wait time is far longer than what it should be.

They took our drink order and no drinks after 15 minutes. I finally went to counter and got four glasses to fill myself. The pop machine had way too much carbonation filling the glasses with foam. I told a few people who were working and they appeared confused. Pizza came out but they must have been running low on sauce, because our pizza had a very VERY small amount of sauce on it. This was a Saturday night July 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Now I know why we were the only four customers in the place. We were there for 90 minutes and besides us, only one other customer came in for a pick up and didn't appear too happy when he left

Pizza depot is a very nice place, it’s a place to go once every week though it may be a little pricey cause an xl is 22 bucks but it tastes so GOOD! Pizza depot is not a breakfast lunch and dinner I wish.When I eat pizza from pizza depot always Love it. I know some of the workers personally and they work non stop (some) and maybe once in a blue moon they mess something up. NO ONES PERFECT . People complain causes it takes 30 minutes bla bla bla there’s a reason you can call ahead of time that’s there for a reason also u want your pizza to be cooked fast and burnt to a crisp? I would recommend this to anyone who likes pizzas!
